Education
Our staff is continuously educating themselves to offer the newest techniques and services to our guests
At the Polished Look we have national educators that come into the salon on a monthly basis to extend hands on training in the latest coloring techniques, cuts, styles and updos.  Each department of our salon and spa is required to keep up to date with all the advanced techniques and services offered in their individual trade to better provide the most customizable services for our guests.   Each staff member is obligated to meet a minimum of 30 hours of advanced training per year.
